Produced by Grasser, Blizzy & Dakari8月31號MGK在Funk Flex Freestyle表明睡了G-Eazy的前女友和Diss G-Eazy，隨後僅僅過了2小時，G-Eazy就神速的發出了這首Diss Back。所以這僅僅是他兩的私人恩怨。

這首Diss的名字為"Bad Boy"，既是形容MGK同時也是指MGK所在的廠牌 "Bad Boy Records"。
這個廠牌是由吹牛老爹Puff Daddy在1993年創立，隨後簽下了樓主最喜歡的Rapper-傳奇- The Notorious B.I.G.。
