爭議

　　因10月15日保加利亞主場與英格蘭的歐國外中的種族歧視行為，歐洲足協對保加利亞罰款65000英鎊，這一金額太少引發爭議，公眾認為歐洲足協太注重商業方面的考慮，ESPN UK的Twitter找出2012年的案例，當時丹麥球員尼古拉斯-賓特拿因違規在球場上展示自己贊助商品牌的內褲就被罰款80000英鎊。

　　很多球迷在ESPN UK的此條推文下發言，批評歐洲聯：

　　歐洲足協應該為他們的決策過程感到羞愧。他們反對族主義的立場只是空洞的說辭！可恥。

　　它證明足球運動管理者商業考慮比道德考慮更重要。
