「巷弄咖啡」迷照過來！

版主這次呼朋引伴來到了宜蘭市的【虎咖啡】，其實還蠻好找的，就是宜蘭市的地標新月廣場「蘭城晶英酒店」大門口正對面的巷子進去，遇叉路走右手邊，直直走就會看到這家隱身在鄉野的小巷子內的咖啡廳，虎咖啡！

平民化的價格，現做的鬆餅、手工製作的蛋糕，充滿主人的用心與愛心。

看吧！有各國各式各樣的咖啡豆，有亞洲蘇門答臘、南美洲玻利維亞、非洲耶加雪菲、北美洲尼加拉瓜、中美洲聖特瑞莎、中美洲哥斯大黎加...等各地的咖啡豆，真是讓人大開眼界，也自嘆自己咖啡知識的不足！

重要的是，聽老闆介紹，二樓就是教室，虎咖啡有開設『手沖咖啡』教學！

中午去的話，沒開喔！每週四也公休喔，每天集中時段只營業六個小時，這大概是鄉村地區的一種營業策略，讓新客、熟客集中在一個時段品飲咖啡，看起來也熱鬧些，不然就是，在非大都會區也許這時段較方便顧客前來。

If you come here at noon, Sorry, it does not open! It takes one day off on Thursdays, too. They only open six hours a day in a concentrated period. It is probably a business strategy in rural areas.
