這次來個快閃香港之旅。
順便介紹一下香港的美食。

I went to Hong Kong for a short trip this week.
Let me introduce the great dishes in HongKong.

第一站,我家樓下
First stop, my home nearby

可以自己租台小艇出去釣魚。
然後去飲茶,飲茶是我們的早餐,而且通常早餐都比較便宜。
第一次的話可以去旅遊書介紹的茶樓,
但第二次不一定要去,可以在路上隨便找家進去。
比較有在地的風味。還有,一人點個3,4籠就差不多了。


You may rent the boat and fish outside.
Then I went to Cantonese Tea restaurant for breakfast.
These are our breakfast. And usually, there is special price in the morning.
For first time, you may go to the restaurant that on the travel guide.
For second time, I suggest you go to random restaurant on the street.
You may feel more like in Hong Kong, the real Hong Kong.
3 to 4 dishes are nearly full for one person.

晚餐就去了沙田的龍華酒店
沙田火車站走一下下就到。
I went to Lung Wah Hotel in Shatin.
Just a few mins from Shatin railway station( Hongkongese's walking speed)

他有名的就是紅燒乳鴿,豆腐花和雞粥
港督,台灣總統也常是桌上客。
乳鴿真的很棒,外脆內多汁,香。
乳鴿是只用不超過26天大的。
豆花也很滑,配桂花很好吃。
The famous dishes are fried pigeon, not the adult, but the child, sweet tofu soup, and the chicken rice soup.
The Governor of Hong Kong and the president of Taiwan love their dishes.
The pigeon is not over 26days old. The pigeon and sweet tofu soup are really good.

 

 

宵夜就跑到油麻地廟街,旅遊書上都是寫興記
但今天帶你們去在地人去的四季
四季是只賣煲仔飯和蠔餅(像是台灣的蚵仔煎)。連飲料也沒有,要喝請自己去隔壁買。
招牌我覺得就是鱔魚牛肉煲仔飯加蛋,再加點一份蠔餅。

Then I went to Temple street for late-night supper. 
You can see Hing Kee in the guide.
But I bought you to Four Season that recommends by locals
Four Season only sales Pot rice and oyster cake. For drinks, please buy at nearby yourself.

 

煲仔飯一到,先把蛋打下去,加點醬油,蓋回去,再焗3-5分鐘。
打開,蛋黃還是半熟,再拌一下就可以吃了。
飯滿滿是鱔魚的香和蛋香。牛肉夠味。好吃。
蠔餅是用鴨蛋的,那才夠香。
沾一點魚露,外脆內嫩,剛好。

Let the egg go onto the pot rice. Add some soy sauce. Close back the pot rice. Wait for 3-5 mins.
Then, open the pot, stew it when the yolk is still raw.
The rice is rich in the smell of eels and eggs. The beef is great.
Ostyer cake is made of duck eggs. It smells good.
Eat with some fish sauce. Perfect.

第二天早餐也是去飲茶,在香港那麼久,也沒去過有名的蓮香樓吃過,所以就去一下,因為聽說年底就要關閉了。
On the second day, I went to famous Lin Heung Tea House。I have never been there.
The news said it will close in the end of this year.

他的東西還不錯啦,但就是人太多,要用搶的,才搶到我要的蝦餃。
The food is ok. But too many people. You need to run fast for the food.

 

吃完走一走就到下午茶,去了九記牛腩對面的勝香園。
有名的就是脆脆和番茄麵。但我吃不太下了,那只好點脆脆。
我點的是牛油檸檬汁蜜糖脆脆,好吃,大推。
然後飲料我習慣點冰奶茶或熱檸茶。
熱檸茶加一匙半的糖,攪一攪後,要戳檸檬,戳完就要把檸檬拿出來,不然茶會變苦。

Walk a moment. It's tea time. I went to Sing Heung Yuen。
Their famous dishes are tomato noodle and crispy Bun. As I am still full, I just order the crispy bun.
Which I ordered was butter and honey with lemon on Crispy Bun. It is awesome. 
For drinks, I used to order iced milk tea and hot lemon tea.
Add 1 and a half sugar to lemon tea, then stew it. Crack the lemon. Remember to take out the lemon after that.
Otherwise, the tea will become bitter.

 

然後就去深水埗走走,吃蛇羹。
蛇羹也算是香港的美食,我每次回去幾乎都要去吃。
他有一些香草,可以加進去一起吃。
煎釀豆腐也是小吃之一,很多傳統豆腐店都有賣,旺角,深水埗有很多。
然後是小時候就愛喝的紅豆冰。茶餐廳都有。
但名店一杯要HKD30。我都喜歡去大家樂,美心,大快活之類的平民餐廳。
一杯只要HKD15.
有去香港,我是建議大家都去大家樂,美心,大快活之類好去吃一餐。
他們的東西便宜又好。他們到處都有,我就不寫在哪了。
 

Then I went to  Sham Shui Po  Sher Wong Yip to eat snake soup.
It is famous in Hongkong. In winter, we like to have one.
There is some spice. You may add some in your soup.
Many traditional Tofu shop sell fried Tofu with fish. It is one of the snack in Hong Kong.
Red Bean Ice, my favor drink when I was small.
It sold in nearly every restaurant in Hong Kong. But in famous restaurant, It sell HKD30.
But in general restaurant, like Café de Coral, it sells HKD15 only.
You can find those restaurant every where.

 

 

最後一餐在隨便的茶餐廳吃。
那些是可以給你洗筷子的,但還是可以喝的。
叉燒炒蛋飯,就是所謂的碟頭飯,一個飯一個菜這樣,還有很多款,多到一年也吃不完。
