谁跟Isa一样期待这星期连假（但其实什么旅行计划都没有）的快举手！

每回跟老板登记假日时，就要顺带解说传统节日习俗，有没有人也需要跟外国朋友/同事解释，却不知道怎么讲？登登登这次就让走逛英文小教室来解惑～！

清明节以习俗直翻成Tomb Sweeping Festival，是我们拜访祖先墓地visit our ancestors' graveyards、扫墓和祭拜cleaning the surrounding and worship the ancestors的时候。家族会聚在一起The family will get together (有时我会说让祖先看孙儿女辈Let the great*需要的数目 parents take a look at the children)，要吃的食物则是润饼Steamed spring rolls或也可以用比喻叫Taiwanese burritos。

润饼中包的菜五花八门，但基本上有叉烧Pork、蛋皮Egg、及各式蔬菜Vegetablea，传统一点的家庭还会坐在一起包润饼Make the Taiwanese burritos together by wrapping the stuffing in the thin doughy pancake，祭拜完再一起吃。

一直都很喜欢跟外国同事或朋友解释我们特殊的节日和文化，其实使用的英文也不难，只是临场有时就会卡卡，希望这些简单的句子可以帮大家踏出第一步，一起推广清明节（咦）～～
