這星期的postcrossing從香港來了兩張官片，上面出現了這不曾出現過的戳章，上了寫著「付足郵資避免延誤」。原以為是第一次看到香港的郵資不足的相關章；不過，熱心的網友們幫我補充了相關資訊，才知道自己會錯意了。原來這是香港宣導要貼足郵資的宣傳戳章，也許還是期間限定使用的，真的是頭一回遇到，也長見聞了！

先日香港からのポストカードで、このようなスタンプを初めて見ました。最初郵便料金不足についてのスタンプだったと思ったけど、実はみんなに「ちゃんと適當な郵便料金を使ってね」のことを伝えるお知らせスタンプです。本當に勉強になりました。

Just received two postcards from Hong Kong. Both of them are stamped like this. I thought it's about insufficient postage in the begining; however, according to friends' information, it's an information stamp to remind people should have proper postage for their mails, and this stamp seems to serve in certain period only.
