你一天花在手機上面多長時間？

天天玩手機，肯定會碰到「欠費」、「沒電」、「關機」這些情況，你知道這些用英語如何地道表達嗎？

先來說說「欠費」，肯定有同學要說，「欠費」不就是沒錢了嗎？那還不簡單，「My cellphone has no money」，沒錯，「欠費」就是說「錢用花了」，但是這樣子表達就比較中式了，英語裏「手機欠費」的地道表達應該是「My cellphone ran out of credit.」

「run out of」是「用光，耗盡」的意思，「credit」除了大家都知道的「信用，聲譽，積分」外，還有「話費」的意思，所以，「手機欠費」在英語中就表達為「run out of credit 」

或者也可以說，「My cellphone charge is overdue.」

那現在「欠費」知道了，「關機」「沒電」等等一系列有關電話的用語都要咋說呢？

1. 開機/關機

Open/Close your phone （×）

Turn on/off your phone （√）

Switch on/off your phone （√）

一般來說，如果我們想要表達電子設備的開關，比如開/關燈，開/關電視機，直接用open/close來表達，都是非常中式的表達，而地道的說法應該是「Turn on/off」或「Switch on/off」。

Mobile phone must be switched off throughout the flight.

飛行過程中，請關閉手機。

2. 給我打電話

Call my phone （×）

Call me （√）

「給我打電話」說的是給「我」打電話，而非「我的手機」，所以我們直接用call me(sb.）來表達就可以了。

Call me as soon as you get to the office.

到了辦公室馬上給我打電話。

3. 接電話

Receive the phone （×）

Answer the phone（√）

「接電話」本身說的是及時回復某人的電話，而非直接「接受電話」，「receive」接收的往往是信號或電報之類的，如果表示接電話，我們通常使用answer，表達更為地道。

Will you answer the phone for me please.

麻煩你幫我接一下電話。

4. 手機快沒電

My phones dead （×）

My phones off （×）

My phones dying （√）

My phones off和My phones dead通常是表示完全沒電了，而My phones dying則是表示電量慢慢消失的狀態。

My phones dying, I gotta go.

我手機快沒電了，先掛了

5. 翻手機

Check my phone （×）

Touch my phone （×）

Look through my phone （√）

Check my phone是看一眼手機（一般是短暫的）≠ 翻看，表示「翻手機」，我們通常要用「Look through my phone」，「翻看」需要一段時間，用「look through」更合適。

I checked my phone like a hundred times today to see if he replied me on WeChat.

我大約看了一百多次手機，想看他有沒有給我回微信。

打電話時，大家肯定都遇到過打不通的情況，每次中文提示語之後，都會緊接一句英文提示語，你們有注意說的是什麼嗎？普特君給大家整理了一下（運營商不同表達可能會有所差異）：

1.空號：

Sorry! The number you dialed does not exist, please check it and dial later.您好！您所撥打的號碼是空號，請核對後再撥。2.被叫用戶關機：Sorry! The subscriber you dialed is power off.您好！您所撥打的電話已關機。3.被叫不在服務區：Sorry!The subscriber you dialed can not be connected for the moment,please redial later.對不起！您撥打的用戶暫時無法接通，請稍後再撥。4.主叫欠費停機/單向停機

Sorry, your telephone charge is overdue, please renew it,thank you!

對不起！您的電話已欠費，請您續交話費，謝謝!5.被叫停機：Sorry! The number you dialed is out of service.對不起！您撥打的電話已停機。6.被叫忙：

a.被叫用戶登記了呼叫等待功能

Sorry! Please hold on，the subscriber you dialed is busy now.您好！請不要掛機，您撥打的電話正在通話中。b.被叫用戶未登記呼叫等待功能

Sorry! The subscriber you dialed is busy now, please redial later.

您好!您撥打的電話正在通話中，請稍後再撥。7.中繼忙/網路忙：Sorry!The subscriber you dialed can not be connected for the moment, please redial later.對不起!您撥打的用戶暫時無法接通，請稍後再撥。8.被叫用戶設置了呼入限制：Sorry! The subscriber you dialed has set barring of incoming calls.對不起！您撥打的用戶已設置呼入限制.9.被叫久叫不應Sorry! The phone you dialed is not be answered for the moment, please redial later.

對不起，您撥打的電話暫時無人接聽，請稍後再撥。
