正位瑜珈

以艾扬格(Iyengar)瑜珈的练习方式为基础,进行渐进式的练习。

利用瑜珈辅具如:瑜珈砖、绳、壁绳、椅子、抱枕..等辅具,来帮助各种不同的身体安全地做到正确的姿势。

借由体位法的练习,专注在练习时身体肌肉与骨骼的正位,让练习者专注在当下。

适合初学者与有经验的练习者。
