在對液晶面板、白酒、奶粉、黃金首飾等行業的巨頭開出罰單後，國家發改委反壟斷調查又劍指被稱為「車價全球最貴」的國內汽車行業。

近日，記者從中國汽車流通協會證實，協會受發改委委託，正在調查汽車產業違反《反壟斷法》的行為，調查範圍既包括進口汽車，也包括國產合資汽車，此外，除了車價，還包括4S店售後服務等。

收集國內外同車不同價情況

中國汽車流通協會常務副會長兼祕書長沈進軍告訴記者，反壟斷調查的信息不應該由該協會發布，但該協會的確是在協助發改委做一些反壟斷方面的工作。他表示，消費者對新車價格尤其是進口車價格抱怨很多，但反壟斷調查會涉及更大範圍，除了進口車，還包括國產合資車價格問題、4S店售後服務等。

目前，協會正在收集各品牌汽車的售價數據向發改委報告。沈進軍說，目前中國市場不僅進口車價格與海外銷售價格存在巨大鴻溝，合資生產的車型價格也明顯高於海外同品牌車型，協會正在對此展開研究，收集各品牌汽車海外以及國內市場的售價、利潤率、成本以及各國關稅水平等數據。

不過，針對國內汽車行業牟取暴利的說法，中國汽車工業協會祕書長董揚明確予以否認，認為是在「抹黑」汽車工業，與實際情況有很大出入。

對此，汽車流通協會也一再強調，雖然媒體對部分進口車到中國價格翻倍，利潤過高現象提出質疑，但進口車定價高、利潤高並不代表壟斷。「追求高利潤是被允許的商業行為，並不違法。」汽車流通協會副祕書長羅磊表示，此次反壟斷調查主要還是針對車企是否涉及一些壟斷行為，例如是否要求經銷商制定最低零售價，是否禁止跨區域銷售等。
