去弗吉尼亞大學還是密歇根安娜堡大學?

美本轉學生現在有umich和uva的offer在糾結中
目前學econ 文理學院打算未來去graduate school 讀econ或者轉finance
考慮到umich有點冷轉的學分較少但是校友網路很大研究機會多

但Uva 天氣好轉的學分多小課精英教育和教授關係緊密結合靠近華盛頓地理位置也不錯
現在希望能給給意見選擇哪所學校。
其實還有Vanderbilt Universiry 但結果還沒出如果大家想給點這方面的意見我也很開心去了解下。

Congrats！Your analysis is pretty good already. Since youre planning on grad school, I would look at specific professors at each university. I like Sarah Turner and Lee Coppock at UVA. Michigan has Alan Deardorff and other famous professors. Who would you love to work with and research with?

Michigan is definitely the more famous and more respected school for economics, but I think in the field of economics, its also extremely important to be somewhere that is a good fit for you. I like the smaller setting and lineup of professors at UVA, so I would personally go to UVA, but both are great schools.

果斷UMich啊，econ/finance/business密歇根都是全美top5。請問UVA的這些專業能進top 10嗎？

UVA金融和商科跟UMich完全沒法比，不是一個檔次的。

差的不是一星半點

密歇根安娜堡比較好些吧，UVA也不錯。個人建議UMICH，商學院更好一些。

我挺喜歡uva的，氣候也好。

安娜堡申請上過，因為氣候，沒去。其實最後沒去美國，去了另外一家UvA
