腐乳排骨，怎麼做好吃？

腐乳燒排骨

材料：排骨一斤，腐乳汁兩大勺、蔥、蒜、姜、料酒一勺、生抽一勺、冰糖少許

做法：

排骨洗凈，瀝干，蒜、姜切片，蔥切段
鍋內倒油，燒至五成熱，下排骨煎至兩面微黃，盛出備用。
鍋內留底油，重新燒熱，下蔥姜蒜爆香。
加入腐乳汁、料酒、生抽、冰糖和適量清水，燒開。
下排骨，轉大火燒開，蓋上鍋蓋轉小火煮40分鐘至排骨軟爛。
開蓋，轉大火收汁至湯汁濃稠即可。
