位於美國加州 Irvine Spectrum Center 購物中心 的 Brio Tuscan Grille 義大利餐廳. 

Brio tuscan Grille, an Italian restaurant, Located in Irvine Spectrum Center. 

 

 

下午五點就肚子餓, 餐廳還空空的

5pm in the afternoon, the place is still pretty empty.

 

 

餐前送的酸麵包 (Sourdough Bread)和迷迭香餅, 抹上奶油好好吃, 奶油雖然是冰的但入口及化

Sourdough bread and rosemary flatbread, the butter is delicious with the bread, melts in your mouth.

 

 

沙拉味道也很好, 做料和起司都剛剛好 (我們是一人份請餐廳幫我們分成兩份, 所以原餐份量是這兩倍)

The dressing is just the right amount, very refreshing (We asked the waiter to split a full size entree so the original plate is twice this size)

 

 

Pasta Alla Vodka, 意大利餃包著 Ricotta 軟酪, 微辣的 Parmesan 起司醬,  炸培根, 大蒜與羅勒 (我們是一人份請餐廳幫我們分成兩份, 所以原餐份量是這兩倍)

很好吃! 非常確定我們一定會再回去這家服務非常好的 Brio Tuscan Grille 義大利餐廳.

Ricotta-filled pasta, spicy tomato Parmesan cream sauce, crispy pancetta, garlic, basil,  (We asked the waiter to split a full size entree so the original plate is twice this size) Very sure we will be back to  Brio Tuscan Grille, great service and everything was delicious!
