[沒事。下廚] Yammy & Easy Vegi soup/ 簡單快速蔬菜湯

 

 

This is the most easiest and quickest soup I can make when there are unexpected guests come to my house and I have to cook for them quickly.

Very easy to make and rich in flavour.

Everyone who had this soup always love it!

 

And the total prepare time: 20 mins

好吧~不說廢話...直接進主題


非常簡單又好喫的蔬菜湯,隨便煮隨便好喫

人多的時候只要把一堆菜丟下去熬個 20分鐘就可上桌

加個蛋花,營養加分!

 


 

 

Ingrediants (for 3 serve)

準備材料(約 3碗量)

半顆洋蔥

一顆蕃茄

3朵磨菇

蛋一顆

雞高湯或雞粉3小匙

香菜適量(不喫香菜的人可以切蔥末)

 


 

 

 

Steps

dice all the ingrediants /將所有料都切丁

   

 

Add some oil into pot, fry all the ingrediants together till soft

鍋內放油,然後加入所有的材料下去炒軟

     

 

Add Chicken stock/ chicken stock powder

再加入雞高湯或雞粉炒

   

 

Add water and boil it untill all the ingrediants nice and soft

加入水熬煮

 

 

Before you serve it, make sure you turn off the stove,

*very important!! this tip is to make this soup looks beautiful

起鍋前將火關掉,用餘溫把香菜燙熟

  Use the remaining heat  in the pot to cook the coriander and egg

 

 

put coriander 

the remaining heat in the pot will cook the coriander but won't turn them into dark colour

 

 

beaten the egg and slowly pour into the soup,

at the same time use a spoon  stir the pot gentlely, you will see the egg will be cooked like a blossom flower

同一時間,打入蛋,慢慢攪就會有漂亮的蛋花囉!
