小烤箱~ 杏仁堅果燕麥
即時燕麥 45 g 一包杏仁用了80克、原味核桃3顆、小葡萄乾50g 、蜂蜜50g (其實不太想用烤的....)
烤或不烤掙扎中,想想乾果都是冰著保鮮,意思意思烤一烤,微微烤著,晚餐後還會有一陣食慾引上心頭
軟捏壓擠搞成長條型,等烤箱降溫,準備再冰入冰箱,看看明天有沒有溫熱嚐過的一樣好吃咀嚼滿口香! ^^
Yes, 隔日烤與不烤 各有人喜好 ^^ 不錯,唯一缺點,不能留太久 趁新鮮吃吃 還有 有點散...那就泡牛奶 或者用湯匙吃嘍 hahaha 留步瞭很久~~
