湖泊裏的水，搖動的時候，無法照出月亮的影子；不動的時候，月亮的影子不用勤作，自然顯現。同樣，你的心安住在信心中的時候，上師的加持自然會呈現在你的相續中。

　　The water in the lake couldn't cast the shadow of the moon when it moved; the shadow of the moon showed itself without effort when the water didn't move. Similarly, the blessing of the Guru will naturally appear in your continuity of mind when your heart abides in faith.
