美國72歲婆婆挑戰自我 5年來每日健身：永不放棄
厲害！
美國一名72歲婆婆從5年前起，每日到健身室訓練，又跟私人教練練習「CrossFit」高強度健身運動，比不少年輕人更有恆心和毅力。後來她的教練更將其健身片段上載至Instagram，期望鼓勵長者做運動。

現年72歲的婆婆Lauren Bruzzone以前是一名律師，現時於大學當教授。她67歲前一直在跳芭蕾舞及做一些低強度的健身運動，後來希望嘗試新挑戰，就到健身室練習名為「CrossFit」的高強度健身運動。
「CrossFit」結合體操及力量訓練等多種訓練模式，包括推、拉、舉、蹲等典型動作，將幾組動作連貫起來一次過完成，對體能要求十分之高。

Lauren堅持每天到健身室練習最少一小時。直至去年12月，她開始跟隨私人教練Wesley James進行一對一個人訓練，對方更稱要在3星期內訓練她完成引體上升。

Wesley十分佩服對婆婆的堅持和毅力，自此不時在Instagram上分享了婆婆的健身片段，同時鼓勵其他想做運動但遲遲未起步的人。他表示，Lauren一直渴望磨練，不會抱怨，總是準備充足，十分敏銳，每次見到她，都會讓他精力充沛。

Lauren說，運動與能力和年齡無關，只要你想做就一定可以完成，「永不放棄」。她續說，最重要的是按照每個人的體能，慢慢鍛錬，並使用正確方式，以免受傷。

訓練片段更吸引電視主持人Trevor Noah的注意，經他轉載後，得到很多網民的回響。不少人指她在這個年紀還做到高強度健身運動，十分厲害，又指從婆婆身上得到激勵，希望自己都可以堅持做運動。
對此Lauren表示，「我看到有很多年紀跟我差不多，甚至比我大的人都開始做運動，像跟我說『我也可以！』，這感覺很奇妙」。
