Last week, my friend was married to a man that she has deeply loved for 8 years. she looked amazing in Vera wang"s wedding dress. I was very happy for her. I also felt a sense of accomplishment becasue it"s me who helped her get into it.
Couple weeks ago, my friend asked me out for a dinner. she looked worried and frustrated. she told me about her problem that she couldn"t get in the wedding dress which cost her a fortune. she asked me if i got some magic to help her lose 10 pounds of weight in 3 weeks.
I have to say she found the right person becasue I"m quite knowledgeable about how to quickly and efficiently lose weight. once i successfully got rid of 30 pounds in a month.
Anyway, I made a plan for her, which includes a diet plan and a three-we ek workout routine. It"s very strict, for example, she was not allowed to eat any junk food and had to avoid food which contains high carbohydrates. Beisdes, she also needed to hit the gym 4 times a week.
The plan worked. She managed to lose more than 15 pounds in 3 weeks. When she put on the wedding dress, she"s over the moon. I was so happy for her. She told me I made the impossible happen and she owes me a favor. I"m glad about her success. It"s not easy but she made it.
