Early check-in and late check-outs are not possible, and a surcharge will apply for any check-out after 10:00.

Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. If guests are found to violate these rules, they will be evicted without any refunds.

There is a GBP 60 cleaning fee, which is charged during booking.

All bookings are subject to name and address verification; official photo identification, either a drivers licence or passport and proof of address, is to be sent to the booking channel prior to the guest arrival. Please note that this name and address must match the original name and address used to make the booking (If the name and/or address on the booking have/has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name and address but reserve the right to request ID. for the modified name and address in addition). If there are any issues with verification in any way, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.

There is a security deposit of GBP 250 which can be charged from when the property is booked. The card used to pay for the damage deposit must be the same as the card used to pay for the booking. Before / upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the original details provided at the time of booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the name and address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.

Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter / access the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

超狂司機不怕淹 公車當兩棲登陸艇開

北台灣今（2）日遭暴雨洗禮，許多地區傳出淹水災情，馬路上汪洋一片。有網友就分享朋友搭乘國光客運影片，只見司機無視前方湧起的污泥大浪，奮勇往前直直前進，把公車當「兩棲登陸艇」開，讓網友直呼「太狂啦！」

網友在臉書社團「爆料公社」分享影片，表示朋友搭車時遇到超狂司機，即使路面積水不斷變成「浪花」撲向公車擋風玻璃，甚至遮蔽9成視野，司機依然老神在在，以駕輕就熟的開車技術，帶領乘客勇往直前，行駛在黃污泥水中。

其他乘客一度擔心地問「攏看嘸路…前面都是水，看得到路嗎？」司機仍淡定回應「有看到一點點」，無畏風雨排除萬難，繼續帶領乘客前往目的地。這段短短20秒的影片，po出才1小時立刻累積破2萬人按讚。

網友紛紛留言表示，「這是國光號金山往大武崙吧？很猛的司機」、「這根本是兩棲登陸艇」、「這是潛水艇嗎」、「水密做得不錯，裡面沒進水！」也有網友笑說「司機肯定是蛙人出身」、「公車司機有船長夢」、「我要成為海賊王（？）」。

全台瘋路跑 免洗杯、跑衣不環保

: 【台灣醒報記者楊蕓台北報導】近年台灣掀起路跑風潮，去年全台就舉辦784場路跑，路跑中共用掉400萬個免洗杯，相當於394座101大樓。綠色和平組織專案主任羅可容說，路跑發放的紀念衫通常是合成纖維製成，洗滌後產生的微塑膠纖維也會造成海洋環境污染，呼籲民眾參加路跑時自備水杯，主辦方則可讓參賽者自主決定是否領取紀念衫，響應環保。

根據體育署統計，台灣每年舉辦將近千場的路跑賽事，全台參賽跑者約有40至50萬人，可見路跑運動身受國人喜愛。光是2017年，全台就舉辦了784場路跑，「如果每場比賽約有4000至5000人參加，推估去年所有賽事的加總至少使用400萬個免洗杯，可以堆疊出394座101大樓，」此外，至少發放300萬件紀念衫，使用300萬個包裝用塑膠袋，路跑帶來的垃圾量相當可觀。

綠色和平組織針對參加過路跑的跑者進行環保態度民意調查，調查結果顯示，將近8成跑者注意過賽事產生的拋棄式製品對環境造成的影響，其中以免洗杯、寶特瓶和補給品包裝等是最被關注的前三名廢棄物，此外，有高達7成的跑者願意自備水杯，響應環保。

路跑賽事常發放紀念衫吸引民眾報名，但羅可容說，這些紀念衫通常是由合成纖維製成，「合成纖維洗滌後產生的微塑膠纖維，會吸附重金屬或化學污染物質，被海洋生物吃下肚後，最終回到人體」，調查中也有7成跑者表示，在了解合成纖維對環境造成的影響後，會避免購買合成纖維製品，另有高達9成7的跑者支持主辦方停止發放，或讓跑者自主決定是否領取合成纖維類的贈品。

今年5月綠色和平組織與台北市長柯文哲簽署「綠色永續台北馬拉松」備忘錄，台北市環保局副局長蔡玲儀表示，台北馬拉松每年參賽人數約2萬7000人，是台灣最大型的馬拉松。為推動減塑路跑，將鼓勵跑者自帶水杯，減少一次性塑膠產品的使用，報名表也將加入「環保跑者」選項，讓民眾自主選擇是否領取跑衣，未來也考慮要求向台北市申請路跑的主辦單位比照辦理。
