〈Help Myself〉是法國搖滾歌手Gaëtan Roussel在2009年離開Louise Attaque單飛後發行的單曲，被收錄在2010年發行的《Ginger》中。輕快的節奏、簡單好記的旋律加上不斷重複的副歌及和聲，再配上Gaëtan慵懶又帶有磁性的嗓音，再適合天氣好的假日午後不過了！

這是Gaëtan在2011年的康斯坦丁獎（法國的新人獎）時表演的版本，那年他同時也是康斯坦丁獎的評委會主席喔！
這裡還有不插電版！第一首歌是《Ginger》專輯裡的〈Belles Choses〉，想直接聽〈Help Myself〉可以從3:00開始。（其實我覺得少了後面的女生和聲差很多QQ）
雖然我只有聽過Louise Ataque幾首歌，但感覺得出來單飛後的他發揮個人特色的空間更多了，往後有機會再向各位介紹他原本的團跟這張專輯囉！
