唔知點解雞翼加少少孜然,就有一種街邊檔燒烤嘅味道,加兩罐啤酒,咩壓力都無曬。間唔中都要比啲時間自己抖一抖,第二日先有動力繼續努力!

食材
雞翼Chicken wings 6隻 6 pcs
麻油Sesame oil 1茶匙1 tsp.
紹興酒Shaoxing wine 1茶匙1 tsp.
蠔油Oyster sauce 2茶匙2 tsp.
鹽Salt 1茶匙1 tsp.
蒜鹽Garlic salt 1茶匙1 tsp.
黑椒Black pepper 1茶匙1 tsp.
雞粉Chicken powder 雞粉Chicken
孜然粉Cumin 2茶匙2 tsp.
五香粉Five spices powder 1茶匙1 tsp.












作法:
1 :
解凍雞翼,用粗鹽剌20 分鐘, 洗乾淨後,用廚房紙印乾。 Defrost the wings, soak in salt water for 20 mins, wash away salts and dry with kitchen paper.
2 :
用麻油,紹興酒,胡椒粉, 蠔油,鹽, 蒜鹽, 黑椒,雞粉,孜然粉,醃製雞翼,放入雪櫃醃最少30 分鐘 Marinate with sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, white pepper, oyster sauce, salt, garlic salt, black pepper, cumin powder in fridge for at least 30 mins
3 :
再上一次孜然粉 Fully cover with cumin powder
4 :
放進氣炸鍋190 度炸 13分鐘,中途可以取出反一次。 Air fry at 190C for 13 mins, flip over once halfway.
